Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 September 2026

These terms govern your use of AI Employee Cloud (the “Service”) provided by AI Employee Cloud. By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to them.

Who may use the Service

The Service is for businesses and professionals. You must be able to form a binding contract, and if you sign up for a company you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

Accounts and security

Keep your credentials confidential and tell us at once about unauthorized use. You are responsible for what happens under your workspace, including actions by staff you invite.

Your content and your customers' data

You keep ownership of the content and customer data you bring into the Service. You give us the right to process it to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, and any required consent, to process your customers' data and to contact them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you;
  • break the rules of the channels you connect (for example Meta's WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram policies, or Telegram's terms);
  • use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing or harmful;
  • attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service or access another workspace's data.

AI employees

AI employees generate answers automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you configure and use them, for reviewing their work where it matters, and for not relying on them for professional (medical, legal or financial) advice.

Third-party services

Channels, point-of-sale systems, carriers, payment and AI providers you connect are governed by their own terms. They can change or stop working, and we are not responsible for their outages, policies or decisions.

Plans and payment

Plans, limits and prices are described on the Pricing page. Fees are due in advance for each billing period, exclude taxes unless stated, and we will give notice before changing prices. Trials end automatically unless you choose a paid plan.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or discontinue features, with notice where reasonable.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, put the Service or other users at risk, or fail to pay. Data is then handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms, governing law and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date; continuing to use the Service means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law that applies where AI Employee Cloud is established.
